Lauren also recommends a daily brain dump—jotting down everything on your mind helps relieve mental clutter, reduces overwhelm, and clarifies your priorities.
Energy management is equally important. Lauren suggests observing your energy peaks and planning your most demanding tasks around those times. She also encourages tracking mood cycles and understanding natural rhythms to better adapt your schedule.
Above all, Lauren emphasizes self-compassion. Productivity doesn’t need to be fast to be meaningful, and there’s no value in comparing yourself to others. By taking small, consistent steps, even if they seem slow, you’re making meaningful progress.
